Open Road Travel LLC Term and Conditions:

We are Open Road Travel LLC and we look forward to the opportunity to act as your booking agent for your travel needs. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Open Road Travel LLC. The term “you” refers to the customer booking a reservation through us or otherwise using our services. By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or through our website, you, the purchaser and/or traveler (“Customer” and “passenger” and “you/your”) agree to be bound by these terms.

OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU:

Open Road Travel LLC acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary (“Suppliers”).  We sell a variety of travel related products from different suppliers and service providers (“Suppliers”). Each Supplier has its own terms and conditions that are applicable to your particular arrangements in addition to our general terms and conditions, and you should make sure you understand them. Open Road Travel LLC is acting as intermediary or a “Booking Agent” for products and services that are not directly supplied by us (e.g., air carriage and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. You will be entering into a separate contract with such Suppliers in connection with such products and services.

All airlines tickets are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. You may be charged additional sums by Open Road Travel LLC to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. Acceptance of these terms and conditions hereby consent you to any post-purchase price increases and authorize Open Road Travel LLC to charge my credit card for such additional amounts.

Deposits, Payments, and Cancellation:

Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you, but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. Unless otherwise defined during the reservation process, final payment is due 75 days prior to departure or consumption according to each supplier’s (airline, hotel, cruise line, transfer company, sightseeing operators, and other travel service vendors) terms and conditions involved in your travel booking.  After booking any deposits or prepacked vacations hosted by Open Road Travel LLC are non-refundable. Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans is limited. We recommend getting travel insurance to protect your vacation package, please note if you decide to cancel the insurance portion of your package is non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be sent to Open Road Travel LLC in writing to our email at info@openroadtravelagency.com.

If cancellation is made 75 days prior to departure date, you are entitled to refund minus any fees associated with cancellation excluding deposits and excursions, if stated in writing at the time you paid your deposit. If cancellation is made 74 days or less prior to departure date, package price will be non-refundable. Cancellation penalties are advised at time of booking and provided to you upon confirmation. Generally, flight tickets cannot be refunded if they are partially used. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer. If you have any questions, or any penalties are unclear, please contact Open Road Travel LLC. All cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you authorized to pay for travel services, or deducted from the supplier’s refund.

YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US:

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to make travel bookings with Open Road Travel LLC by any means, in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your travel bookings (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). If change request by you to your travel arrangements is permitted and possible, Supplier charges may apply. Guests are responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of these changes. Please note that all reservation changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the product purchased. Changes to name details are not allowed by many airlines and other Suppliers. While we will endeavor make such a change if necessary, please bear in mind that most airlines and Suppliers treat a name change as a cancellation, to which standard conditions and charges would apply.
